My work is in an ART EXHIBITION!
Due to the whole covid thing, graduates of The Belfast School of Art were robbed of the opportunity to exhibit work in 2021 as would have been the normal process on completion of our degree.
Although very thankful to be able to showcase my work in The Designerie, Bushmills as the University's Graduate in Residence, getting the chance to have paintings in an Art Exhibition is thrilling and to be in the company of so many other esteemed local artists is a real privilege.
Always an extremely popular event with locals and the many Bank Holiday visitors, this year promises to be particularly busy for Dunluce Parish church as it is hosting its normally annual Art Exhibition, after an enforced 2year break due to the pandemic.
With 186 exhibits from 49 artists to curate, the organisers have their work cut out to get everything ready by THIS FRIDAY, 29th April.
If you would like to visit the exhibition it will be running from this Friday - Monday 2nd May (times & entrance fees on poster above).
While you are in the area check out what else is in offer in Bushmills which is fast becoming known as an up & coming artisan community. (not even mentioning The Designerie of course!)
